The transparent hydrocellular gel dressing for moist wound treatment.
Hydrocellular gel dressing with semi-permeable top layer which is impermeable to germs; transparent; provides a balanced moist wound environment due to the high water content of about 60 %; promotes granulation and epithelization; good skin tolerability; padding effect; it does not stick to the wound; also available with adhesive film border.
The gel dressing has no adhesive border; however for permanent fixation, an additional securing with adhesive tapes or conforming bandages is recommended.
