Application:
the three balls spirometer is mainly used for normal breathing restored training for the patients who has just done splanchnocoele operation.

Respiratory training purposes:
1.It can help the lung expansion as well as to rapid the expansion of the rest lung after the resection to eradicate the residual cavity.
2.it can promote the chest expansion to form the intrathoracic negative pressure in order to advancer lung expansion,to re-expand the contraction of the small alveoli and to prevent the atelectasis.
3.it can change the pulmonary pressure to increase the pulmonary ventilation,
the tidal volume and to slow down the respiratory frequency in order to reduce postoperative wound pain caused by breathing too fast.
